DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA
All deliveries are handled by Australia Post eParcel . Once the parcel has been delivered to your shipping address, we take no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur. If you will not be present to accept your delivery or you feel that your address is unsafe to have a parcel left unattended, we recommend sending your order to a work address or with eParcel. We will usually post your order the same day it is received, providing it is placed before 3PM (AEST), Monday to Friday. Orders will usually arrive in 1-5 business days, depending on the destination.

DELIVERY OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA
ALL ITEMS ARE SENT AIR MAIL AND SHOULD ARRIVE IN 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS. WE WILL USUALLY POST YOUR ORDER THE SAME DAY IT IS RECEIVED, PROVIDING IT IS PLACED BEFORE 3PM (AEST), MONDAY TO FRIDAY.
Please be aware that any Customs fees or import duties are the customer's responsibility and are beyond our control. Contact the relevant government body in your country (e.g. Customs & Excise) for information on what these charges might be. Please note that we cannot send fragrances/aftershaves internationally - these items will be removed from the order.
